Crossing the border from the US to Canada in the middle of the pandemic was no fun. Quarantining 1000kms away from the crossing point was no piece of cake either. It mostly resulted in us crossing from BC to Alberta in 2 days, without being able to stop and take real pictures or visit. My adventurer heart was broken but I knew it was the safe thing to do. So here’s a pretty photo series of our 2 days driving the Trans-Canada highway and my tons of pictures from the van!
The trans-Canada highway travels through all 10 provinces of Canada from the Pacific ocean to the East. It spans 7,821 kms and is also commonly called Highway 1. We witnessed it under the rain and a heavy mist, which only made it more mystical.
We drove from Surrey, BC to Calgary, AB, passing through Vancouver, Mount Revelstoke, Yoho NP and Banff.
Love,
Coco, Bobby, Nola and Vanito!
